This site describes our service and allows you to book an introductory call. Booking a call is free and creates no obligation. Client work begins only when both parties sign a client agreement; once signed, that agreement governs the engagement and takes precedence over these terms.

Regarding the personal P&L and support estimates described on this site, these are planning tools intended to help you understand your financial position. They are not legal calculations and are not a substitute for figures produced by your attorney or the court. Where our estimates differ from your lawyer's figures, your lawyer's figures govern.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site are current as of the date above and may change before an agreement is signed. The binding price is the one stated in your signed client agreement.
Independent professionals
We coordinate a curated network of independent professionals, such as real estate agents, movers, designers, and financial planners. We vet these professionals and manage the handoffs between them, but each is an independent business responsible for its own work, licensing, and conduct. Where you contract for their services, your contract is with them.
Third-party services
The site uses third-party services, such as Cal.com for scheduling. Your use of those tools is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Our handling of the information they collect is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and images on this site belong to The Second Set LLC or its licensors. You may read, link to, and print pages for personal use. Republishing, scraping, or commercial use requires written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to breach the site's security, misrepresent your identity when booking, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability

Our total liability arising from your use of this site is limited to one hundred dollars. Booking a call is free and no payment is taken through this site, so no larger figure applies.
If you become a client, the liability provisions of your signed client agreement govern that engagement. This clause applies to the site and does not limit, replace, or reduce anything agreed there.
