Information we collect

When you book a call, our scheduling tool (Cal.com) collects your name, email address, and usually a phone number, and passes them to us. If you contact us by email, we receive whatever you choose to include. Anything you share about your situation is treated as confidential from the first message.

Like most websites, the site also records standard technical data automatically, such as browser type, device, pages viewed, and approximate location. Our hosting platform provides this in aggregate and it is not used to identify you.

There are no accounts on this site and no payments are taken through it.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to schedule and prepare for your call, and, if you become a client, to administer your engagement. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

How your information is shared

Service providers that operate this site process data on our behalf: our hosting platform, our scheduling tool, and our email provider. Each receives only the information required to perform its function and is governed by its own privacy terms.

If you become a client, we coordinate with professionals in our curated network, such as real estate agents, movers, and financial planners. They receive information only with your consent, and only the portion their work requires.

Where disclosure is required by law, we disclose only the minimum required.

Client confidentiality

Client work is governed by the client agreement, which imposes stricter obligations than this policy. Discretion is a condition of the work. No aspect of your engagement is used in marketing or testimonials without your written consent.

Data retention

Inquiry records are retained while a working relationship remains reasonably likely, then deleted. Client records are retained for the period set in the client agreement and as required by law. To request earlier deletion, email us.

Your rights and choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, some of these may be legal rights. Requests can be sent to info@thesecondsetco.com and are handled within 30 days.
